Task 13 – Molecular ID Active Ingredient for Hydrotene

Project ending at the end of April
Identified two bands in glycoprotein as being active.

If using Hydrotene as injectable, the active ingredient can be synthesized (pure). If used as oral, synthesizing is not required.

Task 23 – Stability in High Temperature (Mega, Especial and Regular)

Liquids in bottles started to evaporate at 35 degrees C.

Task almost completed.

Task 25 – Anti-addiction

Morphine will be delivered to Biotect at the end of April.

Pilot Study with the Dopa Neurons is complete. Hydrotene increases Dopamine and Glutamate in neurons.

Hydrotene causes cAMP (Cyclic adenosine monophosphate) high expression throughout 24 hours. Low cAMP can cause cancer to grow, cognitive deficits in age related illnesses and ADHD, and toxins that interfere with enzymes ADP-ribosyl transferases and invasive adenylate cyclases.

Results are in line with what we are expecting.

We found new findings that we didn’t have before. Exciting!

Task 26 – Anti-venom

No new updates. Analysis is being prepared. New updates available next meeting.

Task 22A – In Vitro Telomere Studies

Working on the Oxidation phase of the study.

Show BIOlonge antioxidation properties.

Task 22B – In Vivo Telomere Studies

The report will be completed this Friday (4/12/24) and be ready for editing/review by BIOtiquin.
